Results and Vitals Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Results and Vitals functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When you hover over the Expand button, Collapse is displayed in a tooltip for a parent event set. [EHRM-25385]
• The focus of the screen reader is inconsistent in the Vitals section of the patient's chart. [EHRM-38155]
• When using a keyboard to open the details panel for a result or vital sign, closing the panel with a keyboard does not return the active selection to the previously selected result or vital sign. [EHRM-38156]
• The Results page needs to be renamed and the messages on the page need to be edited. [EHRM-64487]
• In the Vitals section of the patient's chart and in the vital sign details panel, the date and time axis for the trend graph needs to be in a 24-hour format. [EHRM-68258]
• The results page is not compatible with screen readers. [EHRM-72963]
• The tooltip for empty values needs to be updated. [EHRM-74429]
