Results and Vitals Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Results and Vitals functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

• When you view the alpha type for an interpretation lab result, Other is displayed after the result value. [EHRM-24793]
• When you hover over the Expand button, Collapse is displayed in a tooltip for a parent event set. [EHRM-25385]
• The focus of the screen reader is inconsistent in the Vitals section of the patient's chart. [EHRM-38155]
• When using a keyboard to open the details panel for a result or vital sign, closing the panel with a keyboard does not return the active selection to the previously selected result or vital sign. [EHRM-38156]
• When the focus of a screen reader opens the pop-up graph of a vital sign on the patient's chart, the focus does not return to the Vitals section when the graph is closed. [EHRM-38873]
• Screen readers do not read the row header and column header when you navigate the page by pressing Tab. [EHRM-39097]
• The tooltip for the badge that indicates multiple vital sign readings exist for the same date and time is not displayed. [EHRM-49002]
• The badge that indicates that multiple diagnostic reports exist for the same date and time is not displayed. [EHRM-51360]
• Timezone abbreviations are formatted incorrectly in the Results section of the patient's chart. [EHRM-51508]
• The blood pressure value is not properly aligned with its unit of measure. [EHRM-52790]
• When you use a keyboard to open the Results page or Vitals page from the patient's chart, the active selection remains in the same position after the page opens. [EHRM-52522]
