Schedule Known Issues

Known issues exist in the Schedule functionality in Oracle Health EHR.

  • When you select an appointment in the Month view, a dialog box is displayed, and the appointment details may not be fully displayed in the dialog box. [EHRM-26485]
  • When you use a screen reader and use keyboard shortcuts to select elements on the date drop-down list, the screen reader may not read the correct element labels. [EHRM-34924]
  • In the Month view, if you are using the Tab key to move through the list of appointment for a day, the appointment may not be selected and you cannot select Close using the Tab key. [EHRM-35361]
  • In the Day view, if you use Tab to select an appointment, the incorrect appointment may be selected instead. [EHRM-35366]
  • If you move an appointment from Checked In to In Room, then move the appointment from In Room to Checked Out, an error message may be displayed, and the appointment may not be moved to the correct status. [EHRM-42254]
  • When you select an appointment using the Tab key in the Week view, the screen reader may not read key appointment details. [EHRM-44575]
  • When you select an appointment using the Tab key in the Month view, the screen reader may not read key appointment details. [EHRM-44594]
  • When you use the Tab key to select the last appointment on the list of appointments for a day in the Month view, the browser tab is selected, instead of the appointment. [EHRM-44640]
  • Element labels may not be available for some elements on the schedule when using a screen reader. [EHRM-47709]
  • In the Day view, when you update an appointment status to Canceled, the spelling of Canceled is inconsistent when you exit the Day view and access it again. [EHRM-49200]
  • If you use Ask Oracle to view appointments with a specific status, the current date is displayed and no status filters are applied. [EHRM-49438]
  • An indicator is not displayed for overlapping appointments with different start times. [EHRM-49511]
  • The provider search may not return all results as expected. For example, if you enter a provider's last name, the applicable provider search results are displayed, but if you enter the provider's first name, the appropriate provider search results may not displayed. [EHRM-52298]
  • In the month view, when you select +[number] more to view additional appointments for a day, Close is not fully displayed. [EHRM-52578]
  • In the Day and Week view, press Tab twice to access the first appointment on the schedule when the previous element is selected. [EHRM-52581]
  • When you select an icon using keyboard shortcuts on an appointment, then press Enter, the appropriate content may not be displayed. [EHRM-61577]
  • When you access the Month view, then switch to the Agenda view, a full month of appointments may be displayed instead of the appointments for the current day. [EHRM-63059]
  • When you select to view multiple schedules, then access the Month view, the associated provider may not be clearly indicated. [EHRM-63563]
  • When you use a screen reader and press Tab to access a month in the date dialog box, the screen reader may not announce the correct label name. [EHRM-70926]
  • Appointments may not be displayed when you move away from the Schedule tab, then access the Schedule tab again. For example, when you select to view more than one schedule, then open a patient's chart from the Month view and select the Schedule tab to access your schedule again, the appointments may not be displayed. [EHRM-72935]
  • When you attempt to change the status of an appointment, an error message may be displayed. [EHRM-74264]
  • When you open a patient's chart from your schedule, the incorrect patient summary information may be displayed. [EHRM-74313]
