Create and Send a Provider Letter

You can create a provider letter from a signed document and send it in Oracle Health EHR.

  1. From the Notes section, the Documents page, or a document, select More Actions (...), then select Create Provider Letter.
  2. Enter text in the Draft Letter panel.
  3. Select Sign.
    The Recipients panel opens.
  4. Enter the provider or providers you want to send the letter to in the Select Internal Providers box.
  5. Select Sign and Send.
