Manage Shared Sections

You can determine if multiple clinicians can add content in the same note section in Oracle Health EHR.

1. To allow multiple clinicians to add content in a note section, select More Actions (...) in the section, then select Enable Shared Component.
2. To no longer allow multiple clinicians to add content in a note section, select More Actions (...) in the section, then select Stop Sharing Component.

Note:

The following note sections allow multiple contributors:

• Custom sections
• History of Present Illness
• Patient Instructions
• Physical Exam
• Review of Systems
