Manage Outside Records

You can manage a patient's outside records from the Documents page in Oracle Health EHR.

  1. On the Documents page, select Outside Records. A list of unverified documents from the patient's outside records is displayed alongside a list of documents on the patient's local record.
  2. To view an outside record, select a document in the Data to Review section.
    The document is displayed in the right panel.
  3. To add an outside record to the patient's local record, select the move button Move in the Data to Review section next to the document you want to add, or select Actions (...) then select Add and Modify to modify the document details before adding it.
    The document is moved to the Local section.
  4. To discard an outside record, select Actions (...) next to the document you want to discard, then select Discard.
    The document is removed from the list of outside records.
