Review C-CDA Documents

You can review Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA) documents in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Select a C-CDA document in the Notes section or on the Documents page.
   The document opens in a separate viewer.
2. Select the View More Details link in each section as needed to view additional details such as patient demographics and author information.
   The Validation Successful status or the Validation Failed status is displayed depending on if the document meets regulation criteria.
3. If validation fails, select the Validation Failed status to view the reason why.
