Provide Feedback on Notifications Created from Discern Rules

Users can provide feedback on notifications displayed in the Notifications panel in Oracle Health EHR that are created from Discern rules.

If a notification displayed in the Notifications panel was created because of a Discern rule that is configured for your site, you can provide feedback on that rule.

To provide feedback:

1. Select Open Feedback.
   The Intervention Feedback dialog box is displayed.
2. Complete the questionnaire.
3. Select Submit.
   Your feedback is written to Millennium Platform and included in reporting to your support team.
