View and Dismiss Notifications

Users can view the Notifications banner displayed in Oracle Health EHR.

If a patient has one or more critical or noncritical notifications, the Notifications banner is displayed at the top of the patient chart. When only one notification is available, the Notifications banner displays that message and can be dismissed. If two or more notifications are available, the Notifications banner informs you of the number of critical and noncritical notifications with an option to view those notifications in more detail.

To view these notifications:

1. In the Notifications banner, select View all.
   The Notifications panel is displayed.
2. After reviewing a notification, select Close to dismiss the notification.
3. Select Close to close the Notifications panel.
