Tag Images

You can tag images for inclusion in clinical documentation in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Select the Clinical Media heading.
   The Clinical Media page is displayed with images organized by image category.
2. You can tag a single image or multiple image.
   1. To tag a single image, select the thumbnail. When the image is displayed, select Tag. A tag icon is displayed on the image information line.
   2. To tag multiple images, select the checkbox of each image, then select Tag. A tag icon is displayed on the image information line.
3. To remove a tag, select the thumbnail of the image or images and then select Remove Tag.
