Add Annotations

You can overlay text, stamps, and shapes on images using Clinical Media in Oracle Health EHR.

1. Select the Clinical Media heading.
   The Clinical Media page is displayed with images organized by image category.
2. Select the image, then select Annotate.
   The Annotations toolbar is displayed. See Annotations Toolbar for annotation options
3. Apply annotations and save. The following save options are available:
   • Save: Save changes to the existing image.

     Note:

     Clinical Media images can be used in other components of Oracle Health EHR, for example, Message Center. Any annotations added to an image are displayed everywhere that image is displayed or referenced when you select Save. If you do not want annotations to be displayed everywhere, use Save as New.
   • Save as New: Save changes to a new version of the image. You are prompted to add a new name.
