6 OHC GL Accounting
The OHC GL Accounting module is used to generate the payment file and submit to the bank. Once the payout is processed at the end of the pay period, Credit posting is made available to the crew member of the selected credit card, made through Ocean Pay.
The parameter Payroll, Pay codes for OceanPay Top-Up Transactions holds the pay code for payroll deduction pay codes that need to be transferred into the payment file when transactions are posted.

The Program exports the records by referring to the pre-defined Source View. Only the column with prefix “F_” will be exported.
