Restricted Reasons

Light & Wonder has the concept of Ban-Unban profiles. A profile can be banned or unbanned on the patron side, and this information must be passed into OPERA Cloud when downloading a profile. The same codes that exist on the patron side must be configured in OPERA Cloud. Since the Restriction Reason Code in OPERA Cloud is limited to 8 characters, it will be truncated. However, you must still enter the same code, or it will not appear in the edit profile section.

• Description: Add the same description from the external system.
