    • This global enterprise is mapped to a global OCI IAM Identity Domain, providing a unified identity and access management experience.
  • Impact of Multiple Enterprises:
    • If customers opt for more than one enterprise, they lose access to the full features and capabilities of the OPERA Cloud Unified Platform.
    • This includes limitations on OPERA Cloud Central features and a disconnected data experience across enterprises.
  • Recommendation:
    • Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain a single global Enterprise ID to:
      • Ensure access to OPERA Cloud Central features.
      • Maximize benefits of a connected data experience.
      • Enable seamless operations across all properties and chains within the enterprise.
  • Approval Requirement for Multiple Enterprises:
    • If a customer requires multiple enterprises, the request must be:
      • Fully evaluated in context of the business needs.
      • Approved by Oracle Hospitality’s Product Strategy and Development teams.
