Ask Oracle

Ask Oracle is an AI-powered assistant available in the OHIP Developer Portal that helps users find information and guidance related to OHIP integrations.

The assistant lets users ask questions in natural language and receive contextual responses based on OHIP documentation and integration knowledge.

Prerequisite

Ask Oracle is available only if AI-powered functionality is enabled for your organization.

Administrators with the OHIPADMIN role can enable this feature from the Global Administration area of the Developer Portal.

Accessing Ask Oracle

  1. Sign in to the Developer Portal.
  2. Click Ask Oracle to open the assistant.
  3. Enter your question in natural language.
  4. Review the response and follow any provided guidance or documentation links.

The assistant remains available while navigating within the Developer Portal.

Capabilities

Ask Oracle provides the following capabilities:
  • Supports multiple languages for user queries.
  • Provides contextual responses based on OHIP documentation and integration knowledge.
  • Includes links to relevant documentation where applicable.
  • Lets users provide feedback on responses to help improve accuracy and relevance.

Providing Feedback

If a response does not meet your expectations, you can provide feedback to help improve the assistant.

To provide feedback:
  1. Click the thumbs down icon on the response.
  2. Re-enter your question with additional context if needed.

Usage Notes

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
  • Users should validate responses before using them in production environments.
  • The assistant complements existing documentation and does not replace official Oracle documentation.
  • Availability of Ask Oracle depends on the feature being enabled in Global Administration.
