Wake-Up Calls for a Block

When a wake-up call is set for a Block (multiple reservations), OPERA Cloud generates separate Business Events for wake-up calls for each reservation.

Interim Wake-Up Call Status

If a wake up call is not answered by the guest at the first attempt, the partner system should not send an interim status (such as NO ANSWER) to OPERA Cloud until it finishes the last attempt.

OPERA Cloud always takes the received wake-up call status and changes the status internally.
