7 Nor1 PRiME Upgrades in OPERA Cloud
Nor1 PRiME Upgrades are natively integrated into OPERA Cloud PMS beginning with version 24.3,
through the ‘Reservation Upgrade - powered by Nor1 PRiME’ functionality. This feature allows
properties to provide guests with real-time upgrade options directly within the OPERA Cloud
interface. This powerful new feature is designed to enhance guest engagement, maximize revenue
opportunities, and streamline operational efficiency. Key highlights include:

- Dynamic Upgrade Banner: An action-driven dynamic banner on the 'Check-In Reservation' and 'Manage Reservation' screens displays current upgrade statuses and available options.
- In-Path Auto-Display during Check-In: When enabled in Opera 25.5, the Auto-Display Nor1 Upgrade During Check-In feature automatically presents Nor1 upgrade offers in a pop-up on the Check-In Reservation page before Room Selection, allowing front desk agents to review and provide upgrades to guests within the native workflow.
