Recreations

This option offers the configuration of Recreation Types available at your property.

From the Content main menu, select Area and then select Recreations.

Managing Recreations

Managing Recreations shows all Recreation Types and lets you view, create, edit, and delete records if appropriate permissions are given.

Note:

In addition to having the appropriate permissions, you must select at least one record in order edit or delete a record. The Create option is enabled only when no records are selected.

Creating and Editing Recreations

Select the Add icon in the tool bar or, if no Recreation exists yet, select the Add button in the middle of the screen to create a record. Select a record and use the Edit icon in the tool bar to edit a recreation.
  • Recreation Service Type: Select the Recreation Service Type provided by OPERA Cloud Distribution Global Standards. This field is required.

  • Name: Enter the name of the Recreation Type. This field allows a maximum of 64 characters.

  • Proximity: Select the proximity for the feature.

  • Inclusive: Select this check box if the Service Type is inclusive.

  • Description: Enter the description for Recreation Type. This field allows a maximum of 310 characters.

  • Recreation Service Detail: Select one or multiple recreation service details provided by OPERA Cloud Distribution Global Standards.

Click Submit and then select either Submit to create the record or Submit and Create Another to continue creating records. Click Update to save your edits on existing records.

Deleting Recreation Types

Select a Recreation Type and select the Delete icon in the tool bar. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.
