Loyalty Programs and Awards

This option offers the configuration of your loyalty program and awards received by your property.

From the Content main menu, select General and then select Loyalty Programs and Awards.

Note:

Loyalty programs and awards can be accessed if the Content > Property information is set up.

Loyalty Program

Select the Add button on the right-hand side, or if no award exists yet, select the Add button in the middle of the screen to create a record. Use the pencil on the right-hand side of each record to edit a loyalty program.
  • Program Name: Enter the name of your loyalty program. This field is required.

  • Hotel Level: Enter the hotel level type of your loyalty program. This field is required.

Click Submit and then select either Submit to create the record or click Submit and Create another to continue creating records. Click Update to save your edits on existing records.

Deleting a Loyalty Program

  • Select the Delete icon on the right-hand side of each loyalty program. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.

    Note:

    The Delete icon is only accessible with the appropriate permission.

Awards

Select the Add button on the right-hand side, or if no award exists yet, select the Add button in the middle of the screen to create a record. Use the pencil on the right-hand side of each record to edit an award.
  • Provider: Enter the name of the award provider. This field is required.

  • Description: Enter the description of the award.

  • Rating Symbol: Enter a rating symbol that defines the award type, for example, a Star rating, a Level rating, and so on. If the rating symbol is a Level, you can add a rating, for example, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and so on (or Level A, Level B, and so on).

  • Rating: Enter the rating level of the award. This field is required.

  • Date Awarded: Select the date your property received the award.

  • Official Appointment: Select whether your property received an official permission from the award provider to use the rating in publications and marketing materials.

  • Source: Enter the source of the award achievement.

Click Submit and then select either Submit to create the record or click Submit and Create another to continue creating records. Click Update to save your edits on existing records.

Deleting an Award

  • Select the Delete icon on the right-hand side of each award. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.

    Note:

    The Delete icon is only accessible with the appropriate permission. Awards controlled by the star rating in the property information of Content cannot be deleted.
