Features

This option offers the configuration of all Disability and Security features available at your property.

From the Content main menu, select General and then select Features. The screen is split into different tabs. By default, you can view the Disability Features tab.

Managing Disability Features

Managing Disability Features shows all features and lets you view, create, edit, and delete records if appropriate permissions are given.
  • Filter option: Use the filter by any entered text. Filtering starts as soon as you type text in the field.

    Note:

    In addition to having the appropriate permissions, you must select at least one record in order edit or delete a record. The Create option is enabled only when no records are selected.

Adding Disability Features

Select the Add icon in the tool bar or, if no disability feature exists yet, select the Add button in the middle of the screen to create a record.
  • Filter option: Use the filter by any entered text. Filtering starts as soon as you type text in the field.

  • Select one, multiple, or all Disability Features provided by Opera Cloud Distribution Global Standards valid at your property.

  • Use the pencil on the right-hand side of the selected feature to define the Proximity. As soon as you select the pencil the feature is selected.

  • Click Add to add the feature.

Editing Disability Features

  • Use the pencil on the right-hand side of each record to change the Proximity.

  • Click Save to save your edits.

Deleting Disability Features

Select one, multiple or all Disability Features and select the Delete icon in the tool bar. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.

  • Select one, multiple or all Security Features provided by Opera Cloud Distribution Global Standards valid at your property.

  • Use the pencil on the right-hand side of the selected feature to define the Proximity. As soon as you select the pencil, the feature is selected.

  • Click Add to add the feature.

Editing Security Features

  • Use the pencil on the right hand-side of each record to change the Proximity.

  • Click Save to save your edits.

Deleting Security Features

Select one, multiple or all Security Features and select the Delete icon in the tool bar. A message provides you with the option to Keep or Delete the record.
