Managing Event Notes
Note:
You can also access Events linked to a Block from the Block search screen by selecting the Manage Everts details link. For more information, see Searching for Blocks: Advanced Search.Adding Event Notes

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and select Manage Events.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the Event in the search result, clickI Want To . . . then click Event Notes or open the event and click Event Notes in Event Presentation.

Click New and enter the following details:

Type: Select the note type from the list.

Internal: Select check box to mark the note as internal; internal notes are excluded from output on client correspondence by default.

Title: Enter a title for the note.

Sequence: Enter a sequence for the note.

Comment: Enter the note details.

Click Save or click Save and Create Another Note to add another note.
Viewing and Updating Event Notes

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and select Manage Events.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the Event in the search result, click I Want To . . . then click Event Notes or open the event and click Event Notes in Event Presentation.

Select the note, click [+] to expand the card and read the note comments.

To edit click the Vertical Ellipsis, and then click Edit.

Update note details.

Click Save.
Deleting Event Notes

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Events, and select Manage Events.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select the Event in the search result, click I Want To . . . then click Event Notes or open the event and click Event Notes in Event Presentation.

Select the note, click the Vertical Ellipsis, and then click Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
