UDF Groups and Values

Prerequisites for User Defined Fields and Values

A User Defined Field (UDF) Group is an identifier used to group a List of Values (LOV) together. A single UDF LOV group can have multiple values from which the user can select.

Using Page Composer, you can reference a UDF Group in the field properties of a flex field. When a user clicks the flex field, the list of values appears.

For example, if you wanted a flex field on the Reservation Overview panel for guest vehicle type, you would configure a UDF Group for "Vehicle Type."

For each UDF Group you configure, the list of values are configured via the UDF LOV Values.
