Making a Guest Profile Private
You can mark guest profiles as private to your property; preventing the profile from appearing in profile searches at other properties.
Note:
This feature requires the View Profiles Created in Hubs OPERA Control to be inactive.- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profile and then select Manage Profile.
- View By: Select Guest or Contact from the list.
- Enter additional search criteria, click Search.
- Search for profiles in search results, click I Want To..., select Mark Profile as Private
