Supported Browser Compatibility and Setup

This chapter describes the web browsers supported with OPERA Cloud.

Web Browser Compatibility

During the application initialization, when switching the application, OPERA Cloud attempts to detect if the browser is running in private mode. If it is determined that you are using the private browsing mode, a popup error message is displayed, notifying you that it is not recommended to use private browsing mode for the optimal performance of OPERA Cloud.

Note:

Private mode detection is currently not supported when using the Safari browser on iOS mobile devices. The accuracy of detecting private browsing mode for the other browsers might change in the future if the browser providers block or change the current methods of detecting private mode.
