To redeem a stay, the available points balance must be sufficient to cover all nights.

If the member does not have sufficient points for any of the available awards, no Awards

In the OPERA Cloud menu, click Bookings, Reservations, and then click Look To Book Sales Screen.

You can enter the caller and contact information, which is available when the Caller Information

Click New Reservation and in the search panel, complete the following:

The Member Number field is populated automatically when Auto Populate from Name is checked in

Click Search and the Minimum Stay Availability panel displays a list of the available Awards
