Configuring Hubs

Hubs are used in combination with Chain and Property roles to control user access to properties, functionality and data.

A default DFLT_[TENANT] hub is created automatically upon provisioning and all properties provisioned for your tenancy are associated to this hub.

You can configure additional hubs and associate a subset of properties with one or more hubs; enabling you to cluster properties according to your business need.

Once configured you then assign hubs to users in order to grant them access to properties. If a user is not assigned a hub, the user will not be able to log in. See Managing Users.

Note:

You are only able to manage hubs that are assigned to you. Hubs created by other users and not assigned to you will not be listed in search results.
