Configuring Task Sheet Room Details

Use this option to associate room attributes such as Floor, Building, Housekeeping sections and credits to each room in case they were not entered when the rooms were originally configured.

Editing Task Sheet Room Details

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select  Accommodation Management then select Task Sheet Rooms.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Click Edit and enter details per room.

    1. Building: Select building code from list.

    2. Floor: Select a floor from the list.

    3. Day Section: Select a HK section from the list.

    4. Evening (Turndown) Section: Select a HK section from the list.

    5. Stay over: Enter credits for stay over (occupied dirty) status.

    6. Departure: Enter credits for departure (vacant dirty) status.

    7. Pickup: Enter credits for room in pickup status.

    8. Turndown: Enter credits for a turndown.

    9. Sequence: Enter a display sequence for the room.

  4. Click Save.
