Prerequisites for Redeeming Loyalty Awards
With an Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Loyalty subscription or when the Loyalty Membership Configuration OPERA Control is active and integrated with the OPERA Cloud Customer Loyalty Tracking Cloud Service v5.6, member award points can be redeemed for awards; offered based on specific validity dates, the member's tier or level, and other factors.
