Cancel Penalty Schedules
Prerequisites for Cancel Penalty Schedules.
Cancellation penalty schedules enable you to impose cancellation charges or penalties when a reservation is cancelled within a specified period before the arrival date.
You can specify the cancellation rule along with the begin date and end date that define the period during which the schedule is in effect. Duplicate schedules for the same effective period are not permitted.
You can also configure credit ratings for use with cancellation schedules. Guests and callers who make reservations with your property will have a cancellation rule applied to their reservation based on the credit rating indicated on their profile.
