Cashier Login

Cashier Login is a security feature designed to prevent unauthorized users from accessing cashiering functions. You can configure cashier IDs in Configure Cashier and assign cashier IDs and privileges to users in Managing Users.

When the Force Cashier Login OPERA Control is active you are required to enter your cashier ID and PIN to access cashiering functions such as:

• Reservation Deposits

• Reservation Billing / Check Out

• Accounts Receivable Invoices

• Posting Journal

• Post It

• Batch Charges

Note:

A PIN is required for authentication instead of your sign-on password.
