Configuring Channel Distribution Templates

Use the Channel Distribution screen to publish a rate that is highlighted on the Rate Header screen to all channels configured in the rate code template.

Adding Channel Distribution Templates

1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Configuration, and select Distribution Template.

2. Click New and complete the following:

   1. Location Type. Select Chain to configure for a chain; select Property to configure for the property.

   2. Code. Enter a code.

   3. Description. Enter a description.

   4. Type. Select a type from the list.

   5. Sequence. Enter a display sequence number.

   6. Negotiated Rate. Select check box.

   7. Attached Channel Distributions.

      1. Click New and complete the following:

         1. Channel. Select a channel from the list.

         2. Channel Rate Code. Enter a rate code.

         3. Rate Category. Select a rate category from the list.

         4. Regional Availability. Select the check box if the rate will participate in Regional Availability processing.

      2. Click Save.

3. Click Save.

Editing Channel Distribution Templates

1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Configuration, and select Distribution Template.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select a template in the search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

4. Update details.

5. Select theInactive check box to inactivate the template.

6. Click Save.

Deleting Channel Distribution Templates

1. From the Administration menu, select Interfaces, select Channel Configuration, and select Distribution Template.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select a template in the search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Delete.

4. Click Delete to confirm.
