Trial Balance Report (trial_balance)

The Trial Balance Report (trial_balance) displays a summarized financial status of the property for a specific date. The data displayed includes all transactions posted, and then a breakdown of business within each of the five ledgers. The ledgers are guest, accounts receivable, deposit, package and inter hotel.


This report image shows the daily transactions postings in the top section; then the following ledger breakdowns: Guest Ledger, AR Ledger, and Deposit Ledger.

The second page report image shows the Package Ledger transaction, the Hotel Balance, and then lists the balance status of each ledger on the report as balanced.
