In this video, you will learn how to search  for and edit profiles in OPERA cloud. Let's get

started. In OPERA cloud I go to client relations,  profiles, and then I select manage profile.

On the manage profile screen, I can  select the profile type from the view by

drop-down list to narrow the results. In  this example, I select company from the list.

Next, I enter the company name Oracle.

I then click search. In the list of results. I can  click the plus sign to view additional details.

Or I can click the arrow to access I want  to menu for each profile. The I want to menu

contains a variety of tasks. For example,  I can merge profiles, create a reservation,

block, or view activities, billing information, or  view future and past reservations for the profile.

In this example, I will click the profile  name to go to the profile. In the profile

overview section, I can click the vertical  ellipsis to change or delete the profile image.

Or I can click edit to make changes to the  profile details, communication methods,

or address information for the profile. Next,  I'll click Save. In the left navigation,

I can click any of the links to jump to  the profile section. In this example,

I click future and pass stays to jump to the  reservations associated with this profile.

Here I can see the list of past  reservations for this profile.
