You can redeem a payment award only if the following conditions are met:

The billing window must be linked to the profile with the primary loyalty membership.

The available points balance must be sufficient to cover the redeemed amount.

The points or amount entered cannot exceed the Maximum Points to Pay or Maximum Amount

In the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, then select In House or Departures.

Enter search criteria, and then click Search.

Now, in the search result, select the reservation you want to pay with the member's points,

then click the I Want to . . . menu,

Enter the PIN and click Login, and select a billing window in the right panel,

And in the points redemption pop-up window, select a value from the Award Type list.

In the Redeem field, select points or amount from the list.

Then enter the points you want to redeem or enter a currency amount based on your Redeem

Now, the points to redeem are calculated based on the award type and currency conversion.

Click Post Redemption.
