Managing Sales Account Keywords

You can set up various keyword types and add a keyword per keyword type to an account profile as an alternate method of identifying and searching for an Account. Keywords can include the search name abbreviations, tax numbers, corporate ID numbers, stock codes, and so on.

Adding Keywords

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles and then Manage Profile.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the profile from the search results, click the I Want To . . . action, select Keywords, or click the Keywords link in Profile Presentation.

  4. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Keyword Type: Select a keyword type from the list.

    2. Keyword: Enter the keyword.

  5. Click Save.

Editing Keywords

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles and then Manage Profile.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select the profile from the search results, click the I Want To . . . action, select Keywords, or click the Keywords link in Profile Presentation.

  4. Select the keyword, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

  5. Update details.

  6. Click Save.

Deleting Keywords

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles and then Manage Profile.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select the profile from the search results, click the I Want To . . . action, select Keywords, or click the Keywords link in Profile Presentation.

  4. Select the keyword, click the vertical ellipsis Actions, and select Delete.

  5. Click Delete to confirm.
