Viewing Recently Viewed Profiles

Prerequisites for Viewing Recently Accessed Records
  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profile.
  2. On the Manage Profile screen, click I Want To. . ..
  3. Recently viewed are listed in the View column.
  4. Click a Profile link to Managing a Guest or Contact Profile or Managing a Sales Account Profile
