Configuring Rate Categories

Rate Codes are associated with a rate category in order to group similar rate codes to a common rate category. For example, the rate codes LGOV1, LGOV2, FGOV1, FGOV2 could be grouped into a rate category GOVT for all Government Department rates. All package rates codes could be associated with a rate category for Packages. Rate categories can be used to query rates from Look to Book sales screen.
