Managing Profile Scheduled Activities (External Leisure)

The Scheduled Activities details link is available when OPERA Cloud is integrated with an activity management solution for the management of leisure activities such as golf or spa appointments, horseback riding, tours and so on. Leisure activity reservation details can be associated with guest or contact profiles and, in turn, their room reservations, so you are aware of the guest's leisure activity schedule during their stay. The Scheduled Activities panel lists the activities details received from the activity management solution. The following information is displayed for each activity:

  1. Type: Type of activity.

  2. Location: Where the activity takes place.

  3. Prs: Number of persons participating.

  4. Date: Date when the activity takes place. If the activity spans more than one day, the date when the activity starts..

  5. Start/End Time: Time when the activity starts and ends.

  6. Duration: Hours and minutes duration for the activity.

  7. Status: Current status of the activity.

Detaching Scheduled Activities

When you detach the profile from Activities, no further profile data synchronization take places and no activity information is passed between the External Activity Solution and OPERA Cloud for the current profile.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select Manage Profile.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select a Profile in the search results, click the I Want To . . . action, and then select Scheduled Activities or click the Scheduled Activities link in the Profile presentation.

  4. Select the Activity and click Detach.

Generating Scheduled Activities Report

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select Manage Profile.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select a Profile in the search results, click the I Want To . . . action, and then select Scheduled Activities or click the Scheduled Activities link in the Profile presentation.

  4. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Report.

  5. Select a Destination and click Process.
