Managing Reservation Call History

The Call History screen displays information about the phone calls or other contact received by guest or reservation contacts (such as a travel agent) to set up and make changes to reservations.

Viewing Call History

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To..., click Call History or open the reservation presentation and click Call History details link.

Adding Call History

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

  3. Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To..., click Call History or open the reservation presentation and click Call History details link.

  4. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Call Date: Enter the date of the call/contact.

    2. Name: Enter caller Surname.

    3. First Name: Enter caller First name.

    4. Email: Enter caller email address.

    5. Phone: Enter caller phone number.

    6. Fax: Enter caller fax number.

  5. Click Save.
