Managing Reservation (Guest) Locators

Guest Locators inform hotel personnel, particularly front desk staff and telephone operators, of a guest's location and are setup on the future arrival or inhouse reservation. This feature may, for example, be used when guests request that their phone calls or deliveries be temporarily transferred to an alternate location, such as the conference room or fitness center.  A locator can be added to a checked out reservation, but only on the check-out date.

Note:

Reservation Alerts is an alternate method to handle guest location tracking.
