Property Calendar

Use the Property Calendar to manage the calendar events and setup day type rate adjustments for selected dates.

Day types are used to increase or decrease the pricing of rate codes by either a flat amount or a multiplying factor. You must set the rate code financial details to be adjustable by Day Types. For more information, see Configuring Rate Code Financial Details

Note:
Day type pricing adjustments are not supported by GDS, ADS, OTA or OPERA Exchange Interface (OXI) integrated solutions. Solutions integrated using the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform will have rate pricing adjusted by Day Types.
Calendar events identify local area events which may have an impact on your property operations and occupancy levels.
