Configuring VIP Levels

Adding VIP Levels

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels.

  2. Click New and complete the following fields:
    1. Code: Enter a code that briefly describes the VIP level.

    2. Description: Enter a detailed description of the VIP level.

    3. Manage Translation: Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active.).

    4. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned. 

    5. Display Color: Assign a color to the VIP level. The Display Color reservation attribute references this color when the Reservation Color Definition OPERA Controls is set to VIP Levels.

  3. Click Save to save and exit or click Save and Continue to save this code and add another.

Editing VIP Levels

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. In the search results, select the code and click the vertical ellipsisActions menu..

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Update the configuration and click Save.

Deleting VIP Levels

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select VIP Levels.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. In the search results, select the code and click the vertical ellipsisActions menu and click Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
