Configuring Operating Units

Adding Operating Units

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Operating Units.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:

    1. Code: Enter a code for the Operating Unit.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the Operating Unit.

    3. Manage Translation:  Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active.).

    4. Sequence: Enter a display sequence.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Operating Units

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Operating Units.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Operating Unit, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Operating Units

  1. Select the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Corporate Information, and then select Operating Units.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Operating Unit, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
