Configuring Service Request Codes

Adding Service Request Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Codes.

  2. Click New and complete the following

    1. Code. The Service Request code.

    2. Description. The description of the Service Request code.

    3. Department. Select department from the list to associated with this Service Request.

    4. Restrict Changes. Check to restrict changes.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Service Request Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the note type, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update the configuration.

  5. Inactive. Use the Inactive check box to remove the service request code from use. Inactive codes will not be displayed in OPERA Cloud and will be treated as if they have been deleted.

  6. Click Save.

Deleting Service Request Codes

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Codes.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the note type, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
