Configuring Service Request Priorities

Adding Service Request Priorities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Priorities.

  2. Click New and complete the following

    1. Code. The Service Request code.

    2. Description. The description of the Service Request Priority

      1. Manage Translation:  Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi-language OPERA Control is active.).

    3. Sequence. Enter a display sequence.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Service Request Priorities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Priorities.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Service Request Priority, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update the configuration.

  5. Inactive. When selected the code will become inactive and by will not be displayed in the search list results.

  6. Click Save.

Deleting Service Request Priorities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Enterprise, select Chain and Property and select Service Request Priorities.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Service Type Priority, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
