Linking Multiple Blocks to Activities

You can link multiple blocks to an Activity, enabling you to open the block(s) from the Activity or access the Activity from the linked blocks.

Adding Block Link to an Activity

  1.  From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, and then select Activities.
  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Blocks or open the Activity and select Linked Blocks from the Activity presentation page.

  4. On the Linked Blocks dialog, click Add.

  5. On the Manage Block screen, enter search criteria for the block and click Search.

  6. From the search result, select the Block(s), and click Select.

    Note:

    You can select multiple blocks by clicking the selection column.

Updating Primary Block Link for an Activity

When multiple blocks are linked to an Activity you can specify which linked block is the primary

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, and then select Activities.

  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Blocks or open the Activity and select Linked Blocks from the Activity presentation page.

  4. Select the Profile, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Make Primary.

Removing Block Link from an Activity

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, and then select Activities.

  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Blocks or open the Activity and select Linked Blocks from the Activity presentation page.

  4. Select the Account or Contact profile, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Remove.

  5. Click Remove to confirm.
