Linking Multiple Profiles to Activities

You can link multiple profiles to an Activity, enabling you to open profiles from the Activity or access the Activity from the linked profiles.

Adding Profile Link to an Activity

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, and then select Activities.

  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Profiles or open the Activity and select Linked Profiles from the Activity Presentation page.

  4. Click Add Account or click Add Contact.

  5. Use Quick Profile Search to locate the account or contact, enter search criteria, and click Search.

  6. From search results, select the Account and/or Contact and click either Select Account Only or Select Account and Contact.

Updating Primary Profile Link for Activity

When multiple profiles are linked to an Activity, you can specify which linked profile is primary

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations and then select Activities.

  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Profiles or open the Activity and select Linked Profiles from the Activity Presentation page.

  4. Select the Profile, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Make Primary.

Removing Profile Link from an Activity

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations and then select Activities.

  2. Select or confirm the Property, select the Owners and any additional search criteria, and click Search.

  3. From search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Linked Profiles or open the Activity and select Linked Profiles from the Activity Presentation page.

  4. Select the Account or Contact profile, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Remove.

  5. Click Remove to confirm.
