Managing Block Sell Messages

The sell messages can contain important selling features that the agent can read to the customer or motivational messages intended for the sales agent themselves. Sell messages can be configured in multiple languages. By default, sell messages appear in the language you select when you log in.

Adding Block Sell Message

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select  Bookings, select Blocks, and select Manage Block.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search result, click I Want To... then Sell Messages or click the Sell Messages link in Block Presentation.

  4. Click New and complete the following:
    1. Language: Select the Language in which you want the sell message to be displayed.

    2. Sell Message: Enter the Sell Message text in the language selected.

    3. Begin Date: Enter a begin date to display the sell message.

    4. End Date: End an end date to display the sell message.

  5. Click Save or Save and Continue to add another sell message.

Editing Block Sell Message

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select  Bookings, select Blocks, and select Manage Block.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search result, click I Want To... then Sell Messages or click the Sell Messages link in Block Presentation.

  4. Select the Sell Message, click the vertical ellipsisActions menu, and select Edit.

  5. Update the details.

  6. Click Save.

Deleting Block Sell Message

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select  Bookings, select Blocks, and select Manage Block.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the block in the search result, click I Want To... then Sell Messages or click the Sell Messages link in Block Presentation.

  4. Select the Sell Message, click the vertical ellipsisActions menu, and select Delete.

  5. Click Delete to confirm.
