Viewing Reservation Awards

Prerequisites for Viewing Reservation Awards
To view details of redeemed reservation award.

Note:

Awards are cancelled when an award package is deleted, the reservation is cancelled or the rate code updated to a regular rate.

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the reservation in the search result, then click I Want to . . . , Awards or open the reservation and select Awards.

  4. Click + to expand and view the details.
