Configuring Room Hierarchy (Room) Types

Room Type hierarchies are available for selection in the Upgrade Rules configuration.

Adding Room Hierarchy Type

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Types.

  2. Click New and enter the following details:
    1. From Room Type: Select a Room type from the list.

    2. To Room Type: Select one or room types from the list.

    3. Sequence: Enter a number for the display sequence or the order in which the upsell room hierarchy is listed.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Room Hierarchy Type

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Types.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the room Type hierarchy, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Update details.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Room Hierarchy Type

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Accommodation Management then select Room Hierarchy Types.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the room Type hierarchy, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm
