Synchronizing Block Rates

If the rate pricing schedules have been updated since the block was created and the Rate Guaranteed check box is not selected for the block, then the rate amounts on the block are updated to the new rate amounts.

The Rate Guaranteed check box on the Business Block exempts the block from refreshes implemented by this utility.

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Block Rates.

   1. Property: Select or confirm property

   2. From Date: Enter or select a start date 

   3. To Date: Enter or select an end date

   4. Rate Code: Select one or more rate codes from the list

2.  Click Synchronize Block Rates.
